Get a 17 point roof inspection

  1. Inspect for proper roofing overhang.
  2. Inspect valley flashing for cracking
  3. Inspect chimney caps for cracks or holes.
  4. Inspect chimney flashing at roof.
  5. Inspect masonary on chimney bricks.
  6. Inspect rubber boots on pipe flashings.
  7. Inspect Attic for rotten wood
  8. Inspect intake vents at eves for blockage.
  9. Inspect furnace pipes in attic to make sure they are connected.
  10. Inspect for proper insolation in attic.
  11. Inspect for missing shingles
  12. Inspect shingles for hail damage.
  13. Inspect for proper amount or roofing layers.
  14. Inspect attic for proper attic ventalation.
  15. Inspect gutters, and downspouts Debris.
  16. Inspect for proper nail placment on shingles
  17. Inspect to make sure roof is up to current code, and advise you.
